We do not charge you a fee for our services. We will typically receive commission from whichever lender we introduce you to (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions; some lenders may also provide training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. You will be informed before signing up any to agreement by your finance company, the finance lender will disclose the exact amount of commission we will receive. This could be given as a percentage or as an exact amount in pounds and pence. You'll need to formally agree to this arrangement with the finance company. If you have further questions or need clarification, both we and the finance company are available to help you understand the details. Acknowledgement and a signed document will need to be obtained for ourselves for compliance purposes.
