From my initial phone call with Joe, to the handing over of my new car, everything was spot-on. Iv'e bought many cars over the years and dealt with loads of dealers, some good, some not so good. I recently bought a little seat Ibiza for my son and dealt with Omar. I had a few issues with the car which is understandable for a used car but they came and collected the car and brought it back fully fixed. Just bought my Golf GTD from Jordan at Wearside Autoparc and the customer service is fantastic. I got a great trade in deal for my old car and my new car was prepped to a very high standard and came fully serviced with a full MOT, the diamond cut alloys recut and the car was fully valeted.

I was not expecting perfect condition car but felt reassured buying from a dealer in appose to buying from an individual or smaller dealer, the fact that I was reassured with the aftercare and 12 months warranty/guaranty I went ahead. Bought my car from Wearside Autoparc a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon with it. They have a huge selection of motors and have them parked up on display in a categorised order by make which is really handy. Jordan helped to make my experience seamless and was on the ball with all of my perfectionist requests!! The other staff I came across were also very friendly and not at all pushy, they are happy to really let you take your time looking around and to test drive the cars you have a genuine interest in. Fair prices and the added extras such as 30 day gap cover and warranties were appreciated.
It did take a little over a week to get the car back once I'd agreed the sale, but all of the little marks were polished out, it was MOT'd and fully serviced, I was happy to wait to make sure everything was perfect.
I absolutely recommend this place and would certainly consider going back in the future, although I do hope this car is my baby for a good few years to come thanks Jordan and Wearside Autoparc

I brought my car from Kevin and have to say the sales process was straight forward and easy. Sadly upon delivery I had a couple of issues that needed to be rectified.

Been meaning to post this for a while as this was easily the easiest and most efficient car purchase I've made.

Whilst I'd already decided which vehicles to view via the website, I was impressed when I arrived at both the high numbers of vehicles available and also how they were arranged into manufacturer areas - an apparently small thing but would make it much easier for someone browsing with a general idea of what they're looking for.

In terms of the purchase, nothing seemed to be a bother, from happily changing the winter tyres to agreeing to change the timing belt, if not done in previous service.

What also stood the dealership above my last experience elsewhere, was the attention to detail, proactively looking to identify and touch up any bodywork chips and scratches. As a comparison, the last vehicle I bought at another large local dealer was very much, 'what you see is what you get' and they weren't even going to replace a missing parcel shelf prior to purchase, never mind repair a chip to the paintwork!

Vehicle was ready ahead of the estimated time and I've been happy ever since. I did have one problem where it started cutting out but their after sales service was exemplary, taking it in and replacing the injectors whilst also providing a courtesy car.

This experience means I already intend looking here first for my next car. I even hope to return for my service and MOT next May despite not being very local to me.

One final note, I have seen other reviews mention being paid to review. I wasn't offered anything to review but I did enjoy the May offer of £100 cash and a bottle of champagne for buying a car; money I decided to put towards purchasing the extended warranty.

I saw an Audi Q2 being sold online by Wearside Autoparc who were over 200 miles away from me in Wales. I was very hesitant to purchase from long distance, even though their website stated delivery was an option.
From the moment I called and enquired about the car, Kevin and his colleagues from Wearside were absolutely fantastic. Kevin sent videos of the car to me to give me a closer look before buying, and once purchased, he gave me a call almost every day to provide me with an update.
The car was prepped, MOT'd and cleaned before shipping the car over 200 miles, arriving exactly when they said it would. The delivery company were also very friendly and professional.
The car took 1 week to arrive from my initial call and it looks absolutely fantastic.
